Is Measurement Service available at home?

Yes, we do provide measurement service at home for Women's only. In case you have a perfect fitting reference, you can hand it over to the pickup executives which will be delivered back along with the stitched order. For Men's, we mandatorily need a reference clothing for the measurements.

What is the processing time of an order?

We offer two processing speeds

1) Express Processing - 3-5 days to dispatch from the day of pickup.

2) Standard processing - 10-12 days to dispatch from the day of pickup.

Additional days will be taken if opted for Embroidery/Fabric procurement.

Please note, Delivery takes 2-3 days for the order to reach you post dispatch. For expedited delivery, a delivery fee will be applicable depending on your location.

How does Threads Tailor work?

Once your pickup is scheduled, a designer will visit your location to pick the fabrics, take measurements and discuss about the order requirements. The order will then be processed and delivered back to you within the promised timeline.

Does Threads Tailor provide alteration of the delivered order?

Accepted Answer

The alteration request has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Post verification of the issues, the alteration options will be given to the customer. In case of discrepancy in design or measurements, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Question 5

What is the payment process of Threads Tailor?

Accepted Answer

An invoice will be generated once the order is nearing completion, which will be in accordance to the price list available on the website. The invoice must be cleared before the dispatch of the order. Payment post delivery is not available.
