As we resume services in areas permitted by the authorities, we have put in place 5 key safety protocols:

1)Masks, Gloves & Sanitizers: Each partner on the platform is equipped with medical grade personal protective equipment (PPE), including medical masks, gloves and sanitizers, to keep themselves and you protected.
 

2)Aarogya Setu app integration: Before starting a service and entering your home, partners will display their health status on the Aarogya Setu app to you.
 

3)Daily temperature checks: All partners on the platform will be required to undergo daily temperature checks.
 

4)Health & Safety Training: All our partners on the platform have undergone our training program on personal safety and hygiene standards, that adhere to WHO prescribed personal hygiene guidelines.

5)No services in containment zones: Our platform allows us to geofence containment zones or hotspots as they are announced by Government of India, and ensure that no professionals deliver services in these zones, and no professionals living in these zones serve customers.

6)Daily Sanitization: Our warehouse and equipment are sanitized on daily basis to maintain high safety standards.
